Open Square is zero net energy, offering commercial office, retail space, and banquet facilities to green your business practices in a significant and meaningful way. We're the greenest location for your business due to our on-site renewable energy and our re-use of existing buildings. Open Square currently generates 500 kW of electricity through two hydroelectric generators. Not only does Open Square produce more energy than we use! We actually feed enough electricity back to the city's grid to power over 100 homes.
