Mill 4, Suite 133

Mill 4, Suite 133, approximately 140 sq. ft. The building is heavily wired for data with three providers to choose among. Tons of natural light and neutral walls/carpeting. Rent includes heat/basic electric/AC/mailroom and cleaning of common areas. Minimum 1-year lease and excellent credit required. $500/month. Two months rent (for security deposit) and a pro-rated first month rent due at lease signing.
